Welcome!

A long time ago, Marta and I had no understanding of wines. We only knew what we like, and what we do not like. We started exploring and learning, and a whole new world opened up to us. In the beginning we wanted to find some good way to keep track of all this information, and to make a list of wines that we tried together and our impressions of them. After talking with other people (most of whom knew much more about wine then we did), we realized that exchanging opinions is more than welcome. That is why Mali podrum was born.

This site is intended for You to keep track of wines that you have tried, and to give You some other basic information about Croatian wines. Yes, that is right, only Croatian wines can be found on this site.

This web page is founded stricly from enthusiasm and is updated in our free time, any help, suggestions or criticisms are welcome. For example, English is not my native language, and since I do note have the opportunity to use it frequently, this page will be filled with grammatical errors and typos :) If you find any, please let us know.

In closing, we hope to meet you in the wine cellars of Croatia!
